To create a custom email address with Zoho, Go to https://www.zoho.com/mail/ page and click on “Sign Up now” choice which can lead you to the “Pricing & Sign Up” page. This page offers a whole summary of the rating plans. Take a glance at it all, choose the set up that most closely fits your organization’s needs or you can choose free one and click on ” Get Started”.
Zoho will ask you to provide the domain you already own, type domain name and click add.
Now you have to fill out registration detail then proceed and click signup.
Enter the uncommon verification code sent to your mobile number. By this process, your account verification will be easier with Zoho.
Zoho Mail Setup for Custom Email Address
Select your domain name provider from the drop down box which gives you popular DNS Host list. For example, if your domain name registered on “GoDaddy”.
Login to GoDaddy with username and password. Go to My Accounts >- Domains >- DNS >- manage Zones. The DNS Manager opens a set of DNS record information.
Copy the TXT record from Zoho and past it in DNS manager under the same record place (shown in below image) and then save it.
Once you saved the TXT record, the TXT will be added successfully. Now Click on the “Proceed to TXT Verification” and click to “Verify Now” to verify your TXT records on Zoho.
Now, you can construct your specific business e-mail id(s) (custom email address) with your custom domain by clicking on “Create Account”
Now you can click on Proceed to add users or skip this step for later, also you can create a group or click on skip for later.
Configuring Email Delivery may be done by adding your Mx Records. you may be ready to receive emails in your Zoho mailbox solely when you add the Mx Records.
Login to your GoDaddy account , select DNS Manager >> My Accounts >> Domains >> DNS >> manage Zone.
On the DNS record page, click to add button and fill and save all record as is shown in pics below.
Same as above configuration, you have to configure SPF records and DKIM signature for secure mail delivery through your custom email address.
